As of version 1.3:

- debsummer is not divert-aware; that is, when a file is diverted, the md5sums
  file should contain the original pathname along with the checksum for the
  original file, that is, the one which is now in a diverted location. This
  script mistakenly puts the checksum of the file that is now in the original
  location instead.
